How do I get started?

Getting started is easy to do.

  • Meet with Joe (consultation)
  • Choose the program that is right for you
  • Contact Joe to schedule your first session

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move, bend and stretch.

Can I bring a guest?

You are more than welcome to bring up to two guests with you to a scheduled appointment.

Is there a membership fee?

We do not charge a separate membership fee.

How long are the personal training sessions?

Each personal training session is scheduled for sixty minutes.

Can I drop in or do I need to schedule an appointment?

All sessions for any of our services are by appointment only to ensure that we are able to give the same quality of time and attention to each and every person that we work with.

How long are the Post Rehab Sessions?

Each post rehab exercise session is scheduled for 60 minutes.

Do you accept insurance to pay for Post Rehab Exercise or any of your other services?

No, we do not accept insurance.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept cash or checks.

What is the purpose of the consultation?

The consultation gives us a chance to meet and gain a clear understanding of what is needed. We believe that understanding you and exactly what you need is the key to success. This allows us to determine the absolute best approach towards helping you with the greatest degree of accuracy possible.
